The fact remains that there was no professional learning to prepare for the reality that everyone is facing nor a plan for something like COVID19. Importance of a learning management system (LMS) Before the pandemic, many districts had an LMS (Canvas, Schoology, Google Classroom), but its uses varied greatly. Many have realized how vital they were to continuity in learning, whether it was remote or hybrid. Professional learning can fill this void.

The newest addition comes courtesy of Schoology, a K-12 learning management system provider that PowerSchool announced it was buying last month.
