There is a growing need for STEM skills in the workplace, as it has been reported that there will be 3.5 million jobs available by 2025 that require STEM skills. To best prepare students, we need to find opportunities for them to learn about STEM and can do so at any grade level or in any content area.
At its core, personalizedlearning is about recognizing that no two students learn exactly the same way. It moves beyond the one-size-fits-all approach by focusing on each student’s strengths, needs and learning pace. In April 2019, we began our journey to personalizelearning.
