During my years as a teacher and principal, I would spend countless hours planning, researching, and attending professionallearning events to hone my craft in order to become a better educator. I was quite impressed by Joyce Seitzinger's ProfessionalLearning Environment (PLN) model that she presented at Deakin University in Melbourne this week.
