I started this blog 10 years ago, which was shortly after using Twitter and other socialmedia tools to connect with educators. Find templates for creating logos, flyers, posters, greeting cards, business cards, online magazines, and socialmedia headers and graphics (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Technology, most specifically socialmedia, has flattened the world. I have been blessed to not only deliver keynotes and workshops but also to facilitate job-embedded coaching on a long-term basis. We live in amazing times. Educators now have access anytime from anywhere to people, ideas, resources, strategies, and feedback.
Take it easy and slow, and focus on the enthusiasts among the staff complement, and work from there — perhaps by presenting your successes at staff meetings and other workshops to entice further interest. Create attractive courses: Use a high-quality LMS to develop a library of attractive courses your teachers can take in their own time.
