After students decided as a group, they voted individually as a class about their opinion on the source with “ Poll Everywhere ,” using their cell phones. In math, Mrs. Chellani began the lesson with mobile learning devices and Poll Everywhere to review prior learning. They then created QR codes for those websites.

There is also a web-based component available to the teachers that contains resource libraries and discussion forums that I plan to use not only with the classroom walkthrough data, but also our PLC''s. Initially I would like to see some pilot classes begin to use Poll Everywhere to increase student engagement.

Our students now in elementary school have never had a time in their lives where mobile technology wasn't present. Using Quick tools like Plickers , Google Forms, Padlet , Poll Everywhere can quickly allow you access to data in a quick and fun way, sometimes so fun, students have no idea they are being assessed.
