Flippedclassrooms are the bread and butter of e-learning and have defined the education landscape in the past few years or so. Educators have played with the flippedclassroom and applied a lot of techniques and approaches to increase student engagement and interaction. Learning after all, is a continuum.
For anyone who missed the April announcement, Twitter switched its app category from ‘socialmedia’ (where it consistently ranked in the top ten with Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Pinterest) to ‘news’ (now ranked #1, ahead of apps like CNN, Fox News, and Reddit). We’ve explored previously the benefits of video in the flippedclassroom , today we will explore how video can stimulate the 4Cs. In a “Post-Truth” media environment, having the courage and analytical skills to question authoritative texts, news stories and socialmedia is essential.
