I dug through the many ideas from my personallearningnetwork and came up with these popular morning meeting activities: a greeting where everyone greets everyone else. an activity (where students get up and do something — like exercise!). For some, this might be their first greeting of the day.
One of the most valuable assets a 21st Century learner has is their personallearningnetwork (PLN). A lot of what is learned (some claim up to 70 per cent) is informal, and with a powerful enough network of connections to a PLN, there is no limit to what a learner can achieve.
I have spent more time listening to music just to enjoy it, more time pushing myself when I exercise (not just going to the gym, but using that time wisely), and taking time to meditate and clear my mind. It has helped. I have started using the Aaptiv app, and it is by far my favourite app of 2017.

After being involved in social media for over a decade, I have made a few observations that might be helpful to folks who use social media, more specifically Twitter, to develop and maintain a PersonalLearningNetwork. Twitter for professional learning is not a passive exercise. This requires work.
For the many people who have participated to date, it has been an exercise in creative thinking, and an experience of extending social connections within their personallearningnetworks. When they post their response, they include another short video clip of their choice and challenge 3 other people within their network.

In retrospect, the routines I’ve adopted wind up looking quite a bit like the advice you might find elsewhere, but now I’ve lived the benefits of establishing a space for work at home, keeping regular working hours, taking frequent breaks, and getting plenty of exercise. . After work hours, it’s important to still get plenty of exercise.
