As district leaders look for ways to minimize disruption to children’s learning, edtech coaches can be great assets. In many districts over the last decade, instructional technology coaches have helped teachers integrate technology tools and strategies in their teaching in meaningful ways to advance student learning.
Despite claims that technology is negatively affecting learning schedules, edtech is a valuable tool for students. That’s because edtech solutions, advanced research, practical assessments, and improved communication give them maximum control over their learning.
One thing that I’ve been thrilled about is that technology and onlinelearning have really supported these students to continue their education, even though the pandemic disrupted many systems and processes.
