FCC Pilots Cybersecurity Funding Initiative

EdTech Magazine

The Federal Communications Commission voted Thursday to approve the establishment of the Schools and Libraries Cybersecurity Pilot Program. The program will provide up to $200 million over a three-year period to public schools and libraries for cybersecurity services and equipment. FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel proposed the pilot program for cybersecurity funding in July 2023.
