Huge attrition rates still exist today in online education, especially in some of the latest forms such as MOOCs. In June of this year it was twenty years since I set up my first web server for delivering e-learning courses. It’s no wonder there is no widespread adoption of e-learning and edtech across the institution. And the everything else bit is rated much higher in terms of career progression.
