Effective file management is pivotal for educators and pupils in digitallearning environments. As instructional resources increasingly rely on digital formats, the ability to rapidly and efficiently share PDF documents has become integral. However, bulky file sizes can hinder seamless correspondence and resource sharing.
In K12, IT teams may be under-resourced, with limited budgets and personnel. Meanwhile, the shift to digitallearning has expanded the attack surface, and most end users are kids, who may not be well versed in cybersecurity best practices. Schools face significant cyber challenges.
