They flipped the classroom to make it more flexible and dynamic, matching it with the needs of the students.

If you want to learn how to make really cool video content for your classroom, or your community group, or for any other reason, I have a perfect method: take the equipment you have on hand, learn how to do every thing it can. This video I shot with my iPad, but then transferred the footage to my laptop and produced it with Camtasia.

Some of the best video creating and editing tools I recommend include: Wevideo , Flexclip, Veed, Camtasia , and Kapwing.

Screencasting is an integral part of my flipped classroom as I can record videos for a variety of purposes that include (but certainly not limited to) i nforming parents and students about class expectations , providing answer key videos , documenting directions and the steps of a project , and informing support staff of technical glitches.

Many teachers send notes home to parents and students at the beginning of the year as a means of introducing themselves, sharing information, or describing classroom policies and procedures. For an example, watch the video below. Techsmith’s Snagit and Camtasia are also wonderful paid options for screencasts.
