Socrative is my choice for BYOD-esque assessments in class. Test-Generators review the Test-Takers'' evaluation, conference, sign off on the evaluation scores, AND complete the checklist on the evaluation. Does it align with Common Core Standards? I hope this changes soon! Call all this what you will. Is it flipped?
