In March of 2009, I began to use Twitter, and it was at this time that I began to create a PersonalLearningNetwork (PLN). Through the use of socialmedia, I realized that I didn’t really need to be “developed.” I think the same can be said when it comes to the learners we serve.

You can either lurk and learn or develop your own PersonalLearningNetwork (PLN) to farm the best ideas and strategies that are actually working in similar demographics. When using socialmedia, think about the platforms being used and mix it up by mashing together text, hyperlinks, images, and video.
Investments in flexible seating should continue, but a more concerted effort to personalizelearning through high-agency practices such as blendedlearning is needed at scale. Many kids have flourished during remote learning as they have been able to follow a unique path or learn at their own pace.
