I have traveled the country delivering PD relating to technology integration, PBL, STEM, Digital Literacy, and the 4 C’s. I have some powerful online interactive workshops and webinars that can be used to engage learning in this new environment. They also can be integrated into the online and blendedlearning environment.
BLearning – BlendedLearning (using a range of multimedia and strategies). BYOL – Bring Your Own Learning. NGDLE – Next-generation Digital Learning Environment. OER – Open Educational Resource (this can be any online materials that are free to use). STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths.
The primary trends identified by the team were: adaptive learning, open education resources (OER), gamification and game-based learning, MOOCs, LMS and interoperability, mobile devices, and design. To those working in higher education, some of the trends presented by the team may not have come as a surprise.
