As I work with leadership teams, many are struggling to engage their teachers in professional learning this year. While it is excellent that educators now have a variety of options at their disposal, there is a growing concern that has to be addressed if learning is the goal. You can even use self-graded Google or Canvas Forms. Differentiate tasks to meet the needs of each learner while moving away from a blanket approach. There are so many options out there, but Padlet, Jamboard, and Google Docs are always good choices. Some excellent digital options are PearDeck, Nearpod, and Mentimeter.
