With a change in mindset and a great deal of support, I have been able to successfully empower my staff to integrate a variety of digital tools, including socialmedia, to engage learners. In terms of the context of the USA Today article, socialmedia is NOT replacing anything. It is time to turn the tide!
This is not necessarily something you might teach in a classroom, but it’s certainly something that’s relevant to every student and every teacher in our schools, and that’s socialmedia.
