Lensoo Create is an iPad and Android app to record what happens on a tablet’s whiteboard. Other iPad apps similar to Explain Everything are Educreations (web version), Screen Chomp , and ShowMe. Nimbus is another extension to screencast, but is better for screenshots and creating visual how-to guides. Screencast with your iPhone.

Chromebooks - apps recommendations and substitutions Many “apps” made for iOS and Android aren’t meant to be used as apps on a Chromebook, anymore than they would be on a Mac or Windows device. You can just use the website. Others have web apps and/or extensions.
What I Like About Tellagami The app is free for both iOS and Android mobile devices, which makes it ideal for both 1:1 and BYOD learning environments. I created the Gami above on my Galaxy Note II Android smartphone. This Gami uses a screen shot created with the Educreations app to explain a math procedure. Unported License.
