In just a few months, I transitioned from being a student at the University of Montana’s College of Education to leading the instruction of a room of rambunctious middle school students interested in STEM. Then, I moved into a new role as a K-8 STEM Director at my school. To say that the year has been a whirlwind is an understatement.
