For the better part of my educational career, I always referred to any type of learning to assist me as a teacher or administrator as professional development (PD). In March of 2009, I began to use Twitter, and it was at this time that I began to create a Personal Learning Network (PLN). I was both enlightened and empowered.
In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, districts and educators have been tasked with shifting teaching and learning online, and many are seeking resources to support learning in this new environment. We recognize that while educators adapt to new realities, they remain dedicated to their students’ well-being and learning.
During my years as a teacher and principal, I would spend countless hours planning, researching, and attending professionallearning events to hone my craft in order to become a better educator.
