With schools opening their gates again, the forced transition to online learning environments from the past year has made it clear that a hybrid learning model works and should continue to safeguard and minimize future disruptions to learning.
Summer is always a good opportunity to explore new ideas, particularly ideas for boosting studentengagement or perhaps taking some risks with trying something a bit different in our classrooms. We don’t have to be the experts; we just need to know enough to get our students started exploring and creating with AI.
We asked edtech executives, stakeholders, and experts to share some of their thoughts and predictions about where they think edtech is headed in 2021. Hands-on learning will make a big comeback. We are hopeful that, when the pandemic lifts, we can welcome a return to hands-on, collaborative, creative technology education in 2021.
