Over the past year, I have been blessed to support the Davis School District in Utah with their personalizedlearning initiative across the district. A few district administrators and I visited classrooms in March 2019. Fast forward to January 2019. We saw personalization in every classroom.
At its core, personalizedlearning is about recognizing that no two students learn exactly the same way. It moves beyond the one-size-fits-all approach by focusing on each student’s strengths, needs and learning pace. In April 2019, we began our journey to personalizelearning.
