I said that way back on September 17, 2013 and yet I think it is even more true today than even back then. Socialmedia allows us to connect, to learn, to grow and to reflect not only within ourselves but with each other. Our personallearningnetworks are all different.
Here are some of my thoughts from 2013 , which have aged nicely: Digital leadership considers recent changes such as ubiquitous connectivity, open-source technology, mobile devices, and personalization. You can’t re-envision or transform education if professional learning doesn’t change.

The beautiful thing about a “personallearningnetwork” (PLN), is that it is personal. My experience using socialmedia to connect with others has really taught me that it is not only the “network” that is personal, but learning in itself.
